Not.
What does your grain alias pair best with?
All on its own, but roasted!
What role do you play in the grain economy today?
I sell locally produced grains and freshly milled grains (flour) in Nørrebro through Basal – byens landhandel. Encouraging people to buy from hyperlocal producers and at the same time experience the taste and texture of freshly milled flour.
And in ten years?
I will most likely be doing something very different from the role that I have now – selling hyper local produce.
